I agree to pay the stated Salon Entry Fee by the day of the Salon Judging (payment is accepted before the Salon day by contacting the Treasurer).
Failure to pay will result in disqualification from the Salon |

Satement |
This is to certify that I personally originated the concept behind each photograph, and that to the best of my recollection, images represented by my entries in no way intentionally imitate any other work I am familiar with.
I further certify that I have created, composed and made the original exposures and that the processing, printing and any special effects were done by me or under my direction.
I have obtained all necessary releases and agree to hold PPNCF harmless against all claims and liabilities arising out of PPNCF's consideration, display or other use of each photograph or other material submitted to PPNCF. |

Images for print entries must be sized to: 8x10 @ 125dpi
( 1250 x 1000 ) or vice versa for horizontal, no color management,
jpeg format with quality of 10. Name should be the image title
only. (ie: butterfly.jpg) NO spaces or symbols in the filename. |

Click 'Submit Entry' only once. Please allow time for image(s) to upload. A confirmation screen will appear when the images have
been entered. Images were not received unless a confirmation screen appears and a confirmation email is received by you from the
PPNCF (allow 24 hours).
When you have successfully completed this process, you will receive a confirmation email from the PPNCF Salon Committee for each
case. This submission will act as your Official Registration Form. Please arrange for prompt payment with the Treasurer or you may
make payment at the Salon Judging. Thank you
